I am Pastor Bessem, I provide biblical-based counseling to help you arrive at solutions to issues encountered during your earthly journey. It is my desire and prayer that you grow in faith, have a new or renewed experience with Jesus Christ, for comfort and stability so you can accomplish all what God has called you to do.
BIO
I am testimonial of God’s rescue, love, mercies and faithfulness. I studied History and Political at the bachelor’s level though my initial choice was Journalism. I later obtained a Post graduate Diploma in Education as a trained teacher, though I never developed a career in teaching.
By accident I found myself in sales, marketing and eventually management with lots of in-house training.
My salvation story debuted on April 11, 2007, I had been in and out in earlier years and I realized God had a small space for me. In 2018, though growing successfully in my career, I had a hunger I could not satisfy. After baptism and completing a Graduate course at the School of Disciples in Limbe Cameroon, I took a break off my professional journey and took a course on Christian leadership and Counseling at the Danish Pentecostal Bible College, Denmark; I was later ordained as Minister with the Redeemed Christian Church and became Pastor in charge of Parish at Dominion Chapel Etoa, a community in Yaounde Cameroon. I am currently the Lead Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God- RCCG New Wine Assembly, Honolulu Hawaii, USA.
My experience as a community Pastor exposed me deeper to the role of a shepherd, caring for the sheep. I realized that the flock desired a listening and caring ear more than the solutions they sought for Caring, encouraging, nurturing and prayer were an integral part of the Ministry. The evident needs of the flock and to better attend to their needs and the needs of others, I took another step to acquire more of Gods wisdom by enrolling with the National National Association of Christian Counselors (NACC) Houston Texas, US where I obtained a Board-Certified Pastoral Counselor Certificate. Despite my background I, sincerely, believe that having the mind of Christ and relating to people the way Jesus would is deeper and the greatest asset needed to bring help, support, and comfort as a Counselor.
Approach
My primary passion is to acknowledge the value in everyone as having the image of God which is unique and fundamental to their healing process.
With each soul, I utilize an inner -strength biblical-based counseling perspective. Even as I express compassion, I desire to see a soul who is willing to see change, and empowered to meet their goals, overcome struggles they maybe be experiencing, and solve problems in healthy ways.
I want you to feel comfortable and consider our meetings as sharing moments with the objective you live with a broad smile. I am open to discussing complex situations and topics.

Specialty
The wisdom of God is unlimited when acknowledged with the capacity to explore and provide guidance to extensive subjects and situations. Jesus attended to different issues in specific ways and unique to everyone he encountered. His objective was to see a positive change and better life for all, referred to as Life in abundance. In the same manner, I trust the Holy Spirit for diagnosis beyond what we see as the main issue in need of healing. At the same time, acknowledging the vastness of needs and the richness in gifts in the Body of Christ, I will humbly refer a client as mutually agreed to a suitable counselor who can best attend to their needs
Like King David who carried with him his experiences in the market place as he recounted the killing of the bear and the Lion as a platform for him to equally defeat Goliath ( 1 Samuel 17:34-37) though with a new weapon of the sword of the spirit; I equally bring in my global professional experiences and interactions as a Clean Energy expert, helping people, communities, and nations in need gain access to clean cooking with LPG and lighting with solar energy. I am grateful to spread my passion, knowledge and experiences with many more women as a mentor and role model with World organizations like the Women in LPG(WINLPG) under the World LPG Association, Global women’s network for the Energy transition (GWNET), the Global LPG Partnership(GLPGP) and the Sustainable Energy for All Programs(SE4forALL).
